Shipping and Returns

We offer Free Shipping to our Retail customers for orders $100 and over that will be shipped in the USA.    These orders are almost always shipped via USPS Priority Mail but we do reserve the right to ship larger orders UPS if the size or weight of the order warrants it.    Again, please note this offer is not available to our Wholesale customers.

Retail orders are generally shipped via Priority Mail (USPS) the day after your order was received.   Therefore they normally take an additional 1 – 3 business days to arrive, although since they are shipping via USPS they may be delivered on a Saturday.

Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours but are only shipped out Mon-Thurs to try to avoid them being held over the weekend.

You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 21 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges.    To return any damaged or defective products please ship to : Susan’s Soaps & More, PO Box 189, Scurry, Texas 75158. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.

Wholesale orders will generally be shipped out within 1 -2 weeks of when they are received, although custom orders or large orders may take much longer to process.    If you have any questions please make sure to ask about the estimated shipping date.
