Note: We only ship to addresses within the United States, except for APO addresses.
We offer Free USPS Priority Mail Shipping for orders $75 and Free UPS Shipping for orders over $100. We do reserve the right to ship larger Free Shipping orders UPS if the size or weight of the order warrants it. Please note this offer is only for our Retail customers and not available to our Wholesale customers.
The USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping option is $8.95 and the UPS Flat Rate Shipping option is $11.95.
We generally ship orders out on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. However, please remember, we are a VERY small business and if Susan is attending a show or even gasp out of town on vacation, that schedule may vary a bit.
We try to ship orders out within one to two days of when they are received. Normal shipping time is one to three days depending on where we are shipping to. We are located near Dallas so orders shipping in the North Texas area generally have one-day shipping while orders to the west coast or east coast are usually at the 3-day mark.
Wholesale orders will generally be shipped out within 1 -2 weeks of when they are received, although custom orders or large orders may take much longer to process. If you have any questions please make sure to ask about the estimated shipping date.
