  1. I tried 3 different times before I could get your website to take my credit card.

  2. I was extremely disappointed after I placed an order for a fathers day gift to see a note that you were on vacation and that my order wouldn’t be shipped until the day after fathers day. If that message was on the website anywhere before I ordered, I did not see it, so obviously not prevalent. Had I known, I would not have ordered.

  3. I ordered the Carnation scent and didn’t love it–it just wasn’t my cup of tea. I did love the feel of the oil though, so I am switching for a bottle of the Rose.

  4. I had difficulty finding where to find the cart to pay on the website. it took me awhile to figure out to scroll on the bottom.
